For over thirty years, HPG has managed a carefully selected group of well-appointed rental and condominium apartments throughout L.A.’s most desirable neighborhoods.

Unlike property management firms who handle multiple properties out of a corporate office, we know how important it is to have satellite offices in each one of our properties. Being able to meet our tenant’s immediate needs is an essential part of our approach. Our door is open to residents, with managers who are experienced, accessible and responsive.  We understand that when there’s a question or issue, people need real time answers and resolutions from professionals with the authority to take action and share information.

We maintain our properties knowing that our people care as much as we do about all of the little decisions that go into maintaining a clean, well-organized building. Our communities appreciate our attention to detail and the quality of the improvements we are able to make on a regular basis.
